We begin by analyzing your situation relative to the subject property needing the financing.  From there we will request certain documentation to build a strategic plan to achieve the financing necessary along with an exit strategy.  Final steps are facilitating the Commitment lenders and ensuring the funding closes in a timely fashion with the lawyers representing the lender & borrower.

This is dependent on your ability to provide all the necessary documentation. We can typically provide a high-level quote and Commitment within 24 hours.
